At DAWSHA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of purchase. Please ensure that:

• The original tags are attached.

• You provide proof of purchase.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend that you check your order upon delivery while the courier is still at your door. If there is an issue with the size and you wish to exchange or return the item, you may hand it back to the courier. However, shipping fees will still apply.

Customers are welcome to order two sizes to try on and choose the preferred one. The unselected item may be returned as per our policy.
